Parent & Member Coordinator

Goal: Serve as the main point of contact for members (and their parents) and ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new members during their first weeks

  • Act as the contact person for parents of youth members (questions, concerns, feedback)

  • Manage communication regarding membership fees, training schedules, team assignments, etc.

  • Organize informational sessions for parents and members

Skills & Competencies:

  • Empathetic, socially skilled, and a good listener

  • Basic knowledge of club operations

  • Comfortable interacting with children and parents
