Sponsorship & Fundraising Coordinator

Goal: Create sustainable financial support through partners, grants, and fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sponsorship packages and proposals

• Approach local businesses and companies for sponsorship

• Manage existing sponsors and provide reports on visibility

• Coordinate fundraising activities (e.g., waffle sales, raffles, etc.)

• Submit grant applications (e.g., via the City of Ghent or sports federations)

Skills & Competencies:

• Commercially minded with strong persuasive skills

• Good networker, ideally with local connections

• Capable of budgeting and drafting proposals
