Youth Coordinator
Goal: Professionalize the club's youth program and ensure the quality sports and social development of young players.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the athletic development of all youth players (U6 to U18)

Support, guide, and coach youth trainers

Develop and follow training pathways/learning plans for each age group

Ensure proper team placement and progression based on age and skill level

Serve as a point of contact for parents regarding sports-related questions or concerns

Coordinate with the Sports Director and Parent & Member Coordinator

Assist in coordinating youth team participation in tournaments
Skills & Competencies:

Background in teaching or pedagogy (e.g., teacher, sports instructor, etc.)

Knowledge of training principles in youth or team sports

Empathetic and strong communication skills (with parents, trainers, and members)

Ability to provide structure and maintain a long-term vision
